The olives’ harvest is a demanding task due to the adverse weather conditions felt at the time of the year when the olive tree fruit ripens (normally in November/December).

Nevertheless, this task rivals the Grape Harvest in terms of importance in Beira due to the key role that olive oil plays in the community’s life.

The olives’ harvest is a team effort where each worker has a clearly defined role which is key to the success of the campaign.

• There is no minimum number of participants as they will join the Company’s workers;
• Registrations should be made at  the beginning of October.
